Wendell Tillery
Partner
Wendell handles discrimination and disability rights cases, at work and in housing.
Wendell has tried cases to juries in state and federal court, first for a legal aid office and then in private practice. He joined Josephine to focus on the cases he cared most about: workers, tenants and people with disabilities who were treated as if the law didn’t cover them.
He is known in the office for reading every page of a personnel file, twice.
